Our Story

The Construction Division was created at Torreon Realty to bridge the gap between homeowners and builders. Too often, people feel unsure of where to start, who to trust, or how to avoid costly mistakes. By combining local expertise, a vetted network of builders, and a clear step-by-step process, we’ve built a better way to build in Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside, and Torreon.

A proud Arizona native with more than eight years of real estate experience, Katie brings a unique mix of local knowledge, project management skills, and a passion for helping others to every homebuilding journey. With a background in education and human resources and a master’s degree, Katie specializes in making the process simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Katie focuses on both the prestigious Torreon Community and the broader White Mountains region — helping families, retirees, and second-home buyers find confidence and clarity in creating the lifestyle they envision. When she isn’t guiding clients, she enjoys Arizona sunsets with her husband and three dogs, fully embracing the mountain lifestyle she loves to share with others.
